kayleeKaylee strives to create an accepting and genuine atmosphere. She is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to facilitate enduring intrinsic growth and an increased ability to live an authentic and meaningful existence. Kaylee has previously gained valuable experience at the Calgary Counselling Centre and Distress Centre working with diverse populations and a variety of presenting issues. She has practice working with individuals, couples, and families, as well as children and adolescents.

Kaylee believes that the definition of a meaningful life is unique to each client and she seeks to integrate individual values and beliefs into therapy. Her primary approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Based Therapy and Mindfulness based interventions. As necessary, Kaylee also draws on Solution Focused therapy, Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Dialectical Behavioural therapy, Existential therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems therapy.
