Counsellor Job: Inglewood and Kensington
This in-person role offers immediate caseload growth through our established intake process. We offer flexible scheduling with options for both full-time and part-time positions to best suit your education, training and experience. The role would include both individual and couples counselling across a general adult caseload, with room to focus on your areas of specialty.
Now Hiring: Why Therapists Choose Living Well Counselling
Private practice doesn’t have to mean doing it all alone. While you maintain full autonomy in your clinical work, at Living Well we provide built-in support for admin, billing, and referrals, reducing the operational burden of solo practice.
Burnout prevention isn’t just something we talk about, it’s something we actively support in how the practice operates day to day. Here, work-life balance means having a schedule that genuinely feels like your own.
Steady Client Intake from Day One
Building visibility online can be challenging, especially in a crowded, competitive space. Our leadership team supports digital marketing and client flow, so you’re not left navigating the business end of private practice. With established visibility and ongoing referrals, you can focus more fully on your clinical work instead of constantly trying to fill up your calendar.
Looking for CEU’s?
Our team is diverse, highly skilled, and deeply collaborative, with an approachable culture that is central to how we practice. To support professional growth, we facilitate complimentary, peer case consultations. These bi-weekly sessions provide a safe space for therapists to exchange perspectives, and deepen their clinical insights while learning from each other.
Flexible Scheduling and Work-Life Balance
Therapists’ wellbeing is reflected in how the role is structured, not just how it is described. At Living Well, counsellors have the flexibility to shape their schedules, allowing for both clinical work and life outside of the office.
18 Years in the Calgary Community
Established in 2008, Living Well Counselling Services has been a part of the Calgary community for over 18 years. With established infrastructure and a strong community presence, you’re joining a practice that is already well-rooted and running.
