Steven believes that people achieve the best results when they are in an environment where they feel genuinely heard, welcomed, and understood. He offers his clients a comfortable space to voice their personal concerns without any judgement. He enjoys working with youth, adolescents, couples, and families that present with a variety of different concerns. Steven has acquired valuable experience from his time with Calgary Counselling Centre and Distress Centre Calgary.

Steven draws upon a variety of approaches depending on the needs of his clients. His primary approaches include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. He may also integrate other approaches such as Mindfulness, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
