Cathy’s unique training to become a counsellor, combines psychology with spirituality, which she received completing her MA in Transpersonal Psychology. For couples work she has achieved successful results working with those who have grown apart, are separated or had an affair, by using her training as a Certified Imago Therapist. Cathy completed Imago Relationship Therapy learning directly from its founder, Harville Hendrix. Imago teaches you tools on how to reconnect and helps you discover what lies underneath the conflict and distancing in your relationship.
She has also had great success with individual issues using an eclectic approach including Solution Focused Therapy, Body-Centered therapy, and EFT. Cathy has daytime and evening availability.
