The primary framework Natasha works from is Solution Focused Therapy. This form of therapy tends to be shorter term when compared with traditional models, less problem saturated, and incorporates positive psychology which draws upon the wealth of resources clients already have within them to move them forward toward their goals. Solution Focused therapy has been proven by research to be highly effective in a wide variety of client concerns including, but not limited to, addictions, marital concerns, family/relationship issues, self esteem, depression, anxiety, past trauma and domestic abuse. In addition to Solution Focused Therapy, Natasha will incorporate other methods when necessary including Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Family Systems theory.

Natasha is a gifted therapist. She is friendly, kind, and genuinely interested in what you have to say. Because 30% of why people get better is the relationship between therapist and counsellor, it is obvious why Natasha’s clients do so well. She builds a strong alliance and collaborates with them to ensure she is hearing their concerns and helping them accomplish their goals.

Natasha understands it can be difficult to find a time to come in, because of busy schedules. As such, in addition to daytime appointments she also has availability in the evening and on Saturdays.
