Judy believes that there is nothing more precious than life and her practice is founded on that belief. She strives to facilitate a safe, warm, and non-judgmental therapeutic space where clients can experience genuine support and encouragement to embark on and continue the journey of healing and recovery called life. She has gained valuable experience by working with clients of diverse walks of life at one of Calgary’s largest agencies prior to joining the Living Well team.

Judy can provide services in English and Korean as well as Christian faith-based counselling for clients that request this. Some modalities Judy uses include Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Attachment Theory, and Trauma-Informed Therapy.
