Julia integrates a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities to provide individualized and elective treatment for her clients. Her approach draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy (SFT), Trauma-Informed Counselling, and Feedback-Informed Treatment (FIT). For couples therapy, she incorporates the Gottman Method to enhance relationship dynamics and communication. By tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals, Julia ensures a personalized and client-centered experience. She practices with a holistic perspective, considering the interconnectedness of mental, emotional, and physical wellbeing in the therapeutic process.
