Samira (Sam) offers a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where clients can feel heard, supported, and empowered. She believes that while past experiences may shape us, they do not define us — and meaningful change is always possible. Her approach is collaborative, client-centred, and focused on building a strong therapeutic relationship as the foundation for healing and growth.
With a passion for working with children, youth, individuals, couples, and families, Sam brings experience in supporting a wide range of emotional, behavioural, and relational concerns. She believes that every individual has unique strengths, and her goal is to help clients tap into those strengths to overcome challenges, build resilience, and move toward their goals.
Sam incorporates a range of evidence-based modalities in her work, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. Treatment plans are always individualized to match each client’s needs and their preferred ways of engaging in the therapeutic process.
