Celeste is an open and caring individual, focused on partnering with her clients to help them make the changes they want in their lives.
With nearly a decade of experience working with various high risk populations, Celeste is able to quickly build relationships and create an environment of safety and stability. From these trusting therapeutic relationships, Celeste works with her clients to address what is holding them back and set a course for where they want their future to go.
Celeste’s practice is grounded in the neurobiological understanding that emotional dysregulation and distress tolerance, manifest both mentally and within our bodies. To address the physical and mental barriers that her clients are experiencing, Celeste takes an integrated approach of both talk and experiential treatments. Her approach is informed by a trauma informed lens, play therapy interventions, body based integration, systems theory, attachment theory, social learning theory and Gottman method couples therapy.
