About Casey Boda, MACP

Casey has a warm and collaborative approach, creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel seen and understood. At her core, Casey has always held a deep belief and optimism that people have the capacity to heal when the right support and tools are in place. By focusing on building a strong relationship, Casey walks alongside clients, nurturing their ability to meet whatever arises with compassion and curiosity as they explore their inner worlds and patterns. With a holistic perspective, Casey walks alongside clients as they reflect on their lives and uncover how unresolved experiences may be affecting them today.

Grounded in an attachment-based, polyvagal, and trauma-informed lens, Casey primarily utilizes Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support clients in making sense of and working through challenging emotions and patterns. Additionally, she incorporates tools from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) to help clients develop practical skills for emotion regulation and attain tools that can help in the present moment. She works mainly with adults, and values culturally responsive care that honours each client’s unique story, with an emphasis on helping clients reconnect to their inner resilience and build secure, meaningful connections.
