About Jessica Sitko, MSW, RSW, MA

Jessica believes that meaningful change is always possible – it is never too late to change your life. She is committed to creating a warm, collaborative, and accepting space where clients can slow down, make sense of their experiences, and explore the changes they hope to make. With a deep respect for each person’s individual story, Jessica approaches therapy with curiosity, compassion, and a strengths-based perspective, a recognition that there is no single path toward healing or growth… we all have to start somewhere! Jessica values creating a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, safety, transparency, and respect, while inviting clients to take an active role in shaping change in their lives. With warmth, authenticity, and gentle curiosity, Jessica supports her clients as they navigate difficult moments, develop greater self-understanding, and move toward the life they want to live.

Drawing from her experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through a range of life challenges, she works collaboratively with clients to better understand the broader patterns and experiences that may be contributing to their current struggles, while also identifying existing strengths and resources that can support meaningful change. She uses a multidimensional approach to change, acknowledging the role that physical, social, and emotional health play in our overall wellbeing. Her approach is flexible and responsive, allowing therapy to be thoughtfully tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and readiness for change.
Jessica’s practice is rooted in Evidence-based, Trauma Informed, strengths-based, and solution focused approaches. While each client’s care is always individually tailored to their needs, Jessica commonly integrates Cognitive-Behavioral (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Mindfulness, and Clinical Hypnosis into her work. Jessica embraces and values lifelong learning and is always looking for new and meaningful ways to connect with and support her clients.
