Megan Duffy, MC
Megan offers warmth, authenticity, and acceptance and creates the safety needed to move toward the growth and meaning people seek. She collaborates with clients to ensure their specific needs, values, and circumstances are part of the work. She also focuses on helping people develop insight, and find the tools and strategies that make sense to them. Megan enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and couples, drawing from her valuable experiences working in the non-profit sector and at the Calgary Counselling Centre.

Megan is grateful for the opportunity to work with people seeking support. As every person or couple is different, she starts first by connecting with people to better understand their needs, their concerns, and their environment. She is trauma-informed and works from a humanistic-integrative approach drawing from a variety of therapeutic models including ACT, CBT, Existential and Narrative perspectives. She incorporates the Gottman Method (trained in levels one and two) for her work with couples.
