Lisa Gust, MSc

Lisa is a Registered Psychologist committed to providing a safe and supportive space for clients to feel accepted, understood, and ready to navigate life’s challenges. Past clients have commented on her gentle nature, genuine warmth, and calm presence. With empathy and a strengths-based practice, Lisa works collaboratively with clients to help them meet their goals and make positive changes.  She is particularly passionate about helping clients find meaningful connections to work and career, and has years of experience in academia and post-secondary counselling.

Lisa offers individual counselling and uses a blended approach to counselling, drawing from Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Providing a safe and non-judgmental space as well as strategies, Lisa checks-in regularly with clients to ensure counselling is helpful and addressing clients’ desired concerns. She sincerely values client feedback and understands that a change in approach can help meet client needs and make counselling a positive and empowering experience.
