Lisa offers individual counselling and uses a blended approach to counselling, drawing from Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy. Providing a safe and non-judgmental space as well as strategies, Lisa checks-in regularly with clients to ensure counselling is helpful and addressing clients’ desired concerns. She sincerely values client feedback and understands that a change in approach can help meet client needs and make counselling a positive and empowering experience.
