Angela leads with a wholehearted belief that everybody needs love, connection, and belonging, guiding clients to reconnect with inner strength, recognize their capacity to change, and find hope. Honouring each person’s story, with warmth, compassion and empathy a strong therapeutic relationship is nurtured. Within this safe space, clients can take risks without fear of judgment or shame.
Angela enjoys working with youth, couples, families, and adults. She is passionate about working with families and offers specialized support to parents who are navigating challenges within their family systems.

Angela’s draws from her recent training from the Parnell Institute in California, recently obtaining Basic and Advanced training in Attachment based EMDR. Other modalities are integrated as appropriated, drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy for Couples, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Expressive Art Therapy, Family Systems theory, Cognitive Behavoural Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
For those who are interested, Angela is able to integrate Pet Therapy into sessions with her co-therapist, Daisy. Daisy is a Labourdoodle, certified with Community Therapy Dogs Society.
