Angela is committed to helping people build resilience, develop strategies, and be supported during times of major change, overwhelm, or difficulty. Whether individuals are facing a challenge, seeking personal healing, wanting to rebuild a relationship, or desiring to better support a loved one through a difficult circumstance, it helps to have a safe space to share and develop strategies to take next steps. Trained at one of the largest counselling centers in Western Canada, Angela has acquired valuable experience working with a broad range of clients on a variety of concerns.

Angela strives to provide practical and trauma-informed care. She views counselling as a collaborative process and her approach to change is relational and holistic. It encompasses physical, emotional, psychological, and spiritual aspects of well-being. In practice, she draws from attachment theory, mindfulness, dialectic behavioral therapy, and cognitive behaviour therapy. For Couples, she uses a Gottman-based approach. Her clients have described her as knowledgeable, supportive, personal, and kind.
